A dodecagon has 12 sides and 12 vertices.
A dodecagon is a polygon with 12 straight sides. This diagram shows a regular dodecagon: all its sides have equal length and all its interior angles are equal. An irregular dodecagon still has 12 sides, but its sides and angles do not all have to be equal.

- Choose a starting vertex, then count all 12 sides without counting the first side twice.
