Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using TeachVee, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use TeachVee for a school or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
The TeachVee service
TeachVee provides free browser-based tools for creating classroom materials such as seating charts and word scramble worksheets. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. No account, paid plan, or cloud storage is currently provided.
Your content and classroom data
You retain responsibility for the names, words, titles, and other content you enter. You confirm that you have the right and authority to use that content and that doing so complies with applicable school policies and privacy laws.
Do not enter unlawful, harmful, infringing, or unnecessarily sensitive information. In particular, avoid confidential student records and use only the minimum student information needed for a seating chart.
Use of generated materials
You may print, download, copy, adapt, and share materials you create with TeachVee for lawful purposes, including classroom and internal educational use. You are responsible for reviewing every output before use. TeachVee does not guarantee that generated or shuffled content is error-free, unique, or suitable for a particular learner or curriculum.
Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with or attempt to bypass site security.
- Do not use automated requests that overload the service.
- Do not distribute malware or use the tools unlawfully.
- Do not copy or misrepresent TeachVee’s branding, interface, or website as your own service.
Intellectual property
TeachVee and its site design, branding, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you permission to use the service, but do not transfer ownership of TeachVee or its underlying software.
Availability and third-party services
We aim to keep TeachVee useful and available, but the service may occasionally be interrupted or changed. TeachVee relies on third-party hosting, browser, printing, and PDF technologies. We are not responsible for third-party services or links that we do not control.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
TeachVee is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeachVee and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to misuse. You may stop using TeachVee at any time and can remove locally stored seating chart data through Reset or your browser settings.
Changes, applicable law, and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the TeachVee operator, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your location. Questions can be sent to hello@teachvee.com.
